I think we all get a little sad as we say yet another goodbye to our summer and light evenings. As the nights draw in and Christmas food and gifts on our supermarket shelves we are constantly reminded of the long dark winter evenings ahead of us. Well, that's what you think if you allow yourself! It's Fall and the most beautiful time of the year for colour. Yes the nature walks are good during summer months with all the butterflies and dragonflies etc. but this time of year is good too! I am still out there walking, spotting and photographing with my flask and packup! I carry a spare rucksack liner in my rucksack and just veg out with my flask and sarnies when the mood and view takes me. The sunny autumnal days give an array of colour to our trees and plants giving me inspiration for one of my other hobbies - watercolour painting. Enjoy our Fall!.
